No. A "companion" is a friend, spouse or significant other guest accompanying a conference attendee. However, if the attendee is a colleague from your own organization, we encourage you to have them become an Associate Member at a greatly discounted rate. The attendee will enjoy all the benefits of regular membership year-round, including an invitation to the Members and Speakers reception at the conference and the discounted conference rate for members. Click here for information about associate membership.

We do not offer any partial conference passes. The full registration fee must be paid in order to attend any portion of the conference.

Cancellation Policy and Program Changes:

If you are unable to attend, notify Institute of Commercial Payments. Cancellations must be in writing via email to heidi.kaliher@iocpnow.com.
  • Registrants who do not attend or cancel after March 31, 2026, are liable for the entire fee; no refunds or FEC will be given.
  • You may request to transfer your registration to a delegate of equal membership status within your organization.
  • You have the option to cancel and request a future event credit (FEC). However, doing so will not extend the FEC's original expiration date.
  • You may cancel your registration and request a refund. A $250 administrative fee applies to cancellations made on or before March 31, 2026.
  • Institute of Commercial Payments reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Institute of Commercial Payments will conduct the Annual Conference as it is commercially practical. Institute of Commercial Payments reserves the right to change the conference to a virtual setting should the need arise. If the conference is not held in-person for any reason and is changed to a virtual event, the Institute of Commercial Payments is not liable for other expenses incurred and Institute of Commercial Payments will automatically transfer your registration to the virtual event. If the conference doesn't take place in-person or virtually, Institute of Commercial Payment's liability is limited to the refund of the conference fee only.

A certificate of attendance will be emailed to all attendees following the conference. Contact Heidi Kaliher if you need verification of attendance at another Institute of Commercial Payments event.

The 2026 Annual Conference will offer about 20 hours of educational content you can apply to professional certifications. All attendees will earn 3.0 Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) points for their participation; additional points are awarded to speakers and roundtable facilitators.

Conference attendees do not need to specify or register in advance for the breakout sessions. Simply go to each desired breakout session at the scheduled time. The conference app and on-site signage will include the complete schedule so attendees can plan their conference experiences.
