Roundtable discussions are small group discussions held simultaneously on Wednesday, April 29 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.; IOCP will encourage
attendees to switch topics halfway through.
Facilitators lead the conversations. If you are also a facilitator, arrive early and find your table (topics are in alphabetical order), welcome people to the table and encourage engagement and knowledge
sharing by all attendees.
Topic(s) and subtopics can be on the industry's latest topics, including solutions and brainstorming today's challenges.
Generally, sessions are 45-minute in length and should allow 5 to 10 minutes for Q&A.
Use IOCP’s conference PowerPoint template in wide-screen design (16:9). Do not change the size of the slides or the template design
because it will disrupt the projection equipment and the quality of your presentation. Download the PowerPoint template>
Panelists do not need to submit the PowerPoint. The Panel Moderator is responsible for submitting it.
Copyright and trademark requirements apply to images used in your presentation, including cartoons, celebrity photos, movie characters, etc. You must have permission to use images, including those found on the internet.
It is IOCP’s practice to make breakout presentations available in PDF format to conference attendees via the conference app and on a designated IOCP webpage for a limited time during and after the conference.
Presenters and attendees are prohibited from making sales pitches, sharing pricing, revenue-share, rebate or refund information, and conveying negative written or verbal comments about other organizations and/or products.
