Once you name an end-user buddy, we take it from there. First, contact us with your buddies' information or list your buddies on your registration form. We will send an email invitation with instructions and a special link to register at the discounted rate. End-user buddies will register and pay on their own.

• First, the attendee (end-users only) must register and pay the applicable conference registration fee based on Institute of Commercial Payments membership status.
• End-user buddies may register at the buddy rate of $1,945 each.
• This offer is valid for Institute of Commercial Payments end-user members and non-members until March 31, 2026. 

• Register for the 27th Annual Conference.
• At the end of the registration form, you will have an opportunity to specify the name and email address of the end-user buddies you wish to invite.
• Once you complete the form and submit payment information for your own registration, the end-user buddies you identify will receive an email message from Institute of Commercial Payments that includes a special link to a buddy registration form. Your end-user buddies must register themselves using the buddy registration form to get the discounted rate.
• Identifying end-user buddies does not register them for the conference; it is merely an invitation to register at the discounted rate. Buddy registration must be completed by March 31, 2026. 

• Send your buddy information to Heidi Kaliher.
  
• The end-user buddies you identify will receive an email from Institute of Commercial Payments, including a link to the buddy registration form. They must complete their registration by March 31, 2026. 

• Offer expires on March 31, 2026.
• If you are named as a buddy, you will receive an email invitation from Institute of Commercial Payments that includes a special link to a conference buddy registration form.
• Click on the link provided in the email message.
• Submit payment by March 31, 2026.
• Institute of Commercial Payments will review, verify and approve all buddy registration forms.
