CPCP Supporting Documentation for Recertification Points
Supporting Documentation Requirements

Overview

Obtain documentation of each potential point-qualifying activity. Note: Point-eligible endeavors within the categories of professional development/continuing education and industry participation must have been completed within 36 months of an applicant's selected testing period to qualify. Copies of the supporting documentation will need to be collectively submitted to the Institute of Commercial Payments.

Tip: Within your Institute of Commercial Payments profile (Manage Profile option), scroll down to access your event registrations. Click on the event name to review more information and/or print a copy of your receipt.

Supporting Documentation

Note: It is not enough to simply provide a letter from your manager to document all earned points. You need separate documentation, per the guidelines below, for each point-eligible endeavor. The CPCP Application Points Claim Form (application supplement) also provides notes about the required supporting documentation requirements for each endeavor.
