Commercial Card Professional: Roles, Staffing and Compensation

The Institute of Commercial Payments 2020 Salary Survey is the seventh edition of this survey conducted by the IOCP since 2001 and offers insights and information regarding the salary and staffing arrangements for Commercial Card programs in the U.S. and Canada. The analysis in this report was done by RPMG Research Corporation and is based on responses from 311 professionals to a 30-question survey conducted in January and February of 2020.

As in 2016, this edition targeted end-users who fulfill a job role related to a P-Card, Travel Card and ePayables (Virtual Card) program.
