P-Card Transaction Approval Practices: What’s Your Process?

We allow 4 business days after the end of the Pcard cycle for all to complete their approvals.
Approver has 10 days to approve a transactions before it rolls to their approver for review and approval.
Our billing cycle runs through the 15th of each month. Cardholders & approvers have until the 21st to fully approve all transactions from the prior billing cycle. Any non-approved transactions as of the 21st incur a warning email reminder. Any transactions not signed off by the last day of the month are considered out of compliance and are documented as violations.

After the cycle closes, the Approver generally has 6-8 days to approve depending on what part of the week the cycles ends.
Transactions must be approved by the 15th of the month
To ensure timely completion of P-Card transactions, it is required that all transactions are submitted within 10 days
of posting.
Seven business days after the close of the cycle, which is the 25th of each month.
Billing cycle closes on the 22nd, and all must be Approved by the next to the last business day of the month, for closing
6 business days after import on the 1st of the month, and additional 6 days for dept approvers.
There is only one person approving expenses, so we are just reviewing January now.

approval must be recorded for every transaction within 4 working days of the end of the fiscal month
Bank statements are sent out on the 28th, Deadline for reconciliation is the 10th. 2 additional deadlines are provided and if not complete by then, then the cards are suspended until the reconciliation is complete.
Transactions should be processed on a weekly basis and goods/services must be received prior to sign off of transaction. All transactions must be processed and supporting documentation submitted to Finance by the 10th of the month.
