We actually did away with pre-recorded training resources and moved to virtual meetings via Zoom as users tend to be more attentive to the virtual meeting than the pre-recorded material.
Our Intranet site already included a great deal of p-card information and wasn't updated. We have switched to Zoom meetings to handle training and it's worked well.
We moved our Concur classroom training to one-on-one training once the cardholder makes their first purchase so that they can create an Expense Report and learn the overall function within Concur.
p-card spend is 25% of what is was before Covid19. Takes a lot of home office supplies to make up for 1 airplane flight.
We are currently exploring Zoom meetings and some virtual, but truly prefer the in-person for the initial trainings. For annual trainings, we are leaning toward virtual, but with some interaction to ensure a robust question and answer learning method. We have also increased the frequency of our newsletter for a wide distribution of new processes or "pain points" :-). Thank you.
