Lesley Lackore, Card Services Manager, Iowa State University Lesley serves as card services manager at Iowa State University, with over 25 years of experience in program management. As a speaker for IOCP, Cards on Campus and the National Association of Educational Procurement, Lesley has presented on e-procurement, card fraud and misuse, study abroad card programs, evaluation and focus groups and effective communication. In 2022, Lesley was recognized as an IOCP Outstanding Contributor of the Year.

Jennifer Steier, CPCP, EMBA, Director of Procurement Systems and ProCard, University of Louisville Jennifer has worked in the Procurement Services department at the University of Louisville since 2012, first as a Procurement Card compliance analyst, and now is the director of ProCard and Procurement Systems. Her responsibilities include management of the Procurement Card, Fleet Fuel Card and procurement system. Jennifer holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Bellarmine University, is a Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) and is the current chairperson for IOCP Higher Education Advisory Team.
Shana Hart, Payment Card Team Supervisor, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Shana joined UNC-CH team in 2022 as the payment card team lead after working at the University of Pennsylvania for 25 years, 12 years of which she managed the P-Card program. Within 18 months of being at UNC-CH, Shana was promoted to payment card supervisor. With her vast experience, she continues to increase efficiency and make improvements to the program.
