Robert Bast is the Director, B2B Growth Strategy & Enablement at American Express Canada. In this role, Robert is responsible for driving field effectiveness and growth through the development and execution of B2B Strategies.  He is also tasked with identifying and deploying new solutions to support business growth and drive innovation. 

 

Mr. Bast joined American Express in 2010. During his tenure, he led various local and global teams to develop strategies and launch new products and solutions in the B2B space.  Specifically, Mr. Bast helped develop the business case and launch strategy for Buyer Initiated Payments in both Canada and Latin America.
