Educational Webinar: Travel Policy Check Up

Open to end-users and providers

Description
Travel expense remains the second largest significant component of organizational budgets. The travel landscape is constantly shifting along with evolving payment technology. Maintaining a clear, compliant, and efficient travel and card policy is more important than ever. This session will call out policies and practices that may need to be updated, eliminated or enhanced. The session will demonstrate a transparent financial model along with cost impacts of multiple policy items. In addition, we’ll explore tactics for simplifying policy communications to cardholders.

Key takeaways:

  • Align travel policies and procedures to evolving travel industry rules and regulations
  • Explore how the "work from home" environment should be addressed in policy
  • Expose the multiple hidden costs when employees use personal cards vs company cards
  • Is it time to revisit policies enacted during COVID? Do they need validation, enhancement or elimination?
  • Best practices to keep your policy current by incorporating observation and communication strategies

Target Audience
Payment professionals who have a travel and/or global program
