Members of the PCPCC will be available to answer your questions about the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) certification. The council will share thoughts, knowledge and
experience to help you decide if certification is right for you. Any questions pertaining to certification will be answered, including:
- Why should I get certified?
- What is the testing platform like?
- How do I study for the exam?
- What are the certification requirements?
- How do I earn continuing education points for initial and recertification?

Laury Chesbrough, CPCP, Corporate Credit Card Lead, Cambia Health Solutions, PCPCC Member
Laury has been with Cambia Health Solutions for 16 years and oversees the corporate credit card program and auditing expenses to ensure policy is adhered to. Through her desire to become a subject matter expert and involved with Institute of Commercial Payments (IOCP), she obtained her certification in 2008 and joined the PCPCC in 2017.
Tony Reed, CPCP, CMP, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, Director of Operations and Strategic Planning, City of Baltimore, PCPCC Member
Tony is the director of operations and strategic planning for the City of Baltimore. He serves as the principal trainer for procurement officers and staff. He is responsible for citywide printing, corporate credit cards, citywide disposal and surplus property, supplier management and registration. Tony is also Master Instructor for NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement.
