About the Speaker:
Judy O’Brien has been with Sarasota County government since 1996. Judy has 12 years of public communications and Purchasing Card experience. In August 2011 she was appointed the Purchasing Card
Administrator and was responsible for the complete overhaul of the county’s Purchasing Card program.
