The 2020 Salary Survey Results will be discussed with takeaways for Commercial Card program personnel concerning average salary across various vectors (including Commercial Card experience, job role within the card program, gender, and attainment of the CPCP credential), as well as the average personnel commitment for different types of card programs. The webinar also discusses some of the common challenges to managing card programs reported by respondents.

Richard Palmer is a senior lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis and the
president of RPMG Research Corporation. Richard is a frequent speaker at Commercial Card user conferences and the author of over 60 professional and academic publications, including award-winning articles about industry use of eProcurement and card products. Richard's card research has been quoted in U.S. Senate hearings, the Wall Street Journal, ABC News Good Morning America, Business Week, CNN Money, CBS News MarketWatch, and American Banker, among others. His most notable contribution to the Commercial Card world is as the co-creator (with Mahendra Gupta of Washington University in St. Louis) of the Purchasing Card, Corporate Travel Card and Virtual Card benchmark surveys—efforts that have included every major card issuer and over 10,000 Commercial Card-using organizations since 1998.
