Seth Goodman, Director, NA Commercial Cards Product Head, Citi Commercial Cards
Seth is a Director in Citigroup’s Institutional Clients Group and the Product Management Head for Citi’s North America Commercial Cards Business. In this role, Seth manages a multi-product portfolio supporting Corporate Cards programs
for Fortune 1000 companies. He leads a team of product managers with responsibility for end-to-end product, P&L and strategy for product lines including: Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Cards, Executive Cards, Purchasing Cards,
Virtual Cards and Fleet Card programs.
Seth is an accomplished digital executive with a proven track record of delivering results in product management, product development and strategy roles. Prior to joining Commercial Cards, Seth served in product management, strategy
and M&A roles supporting Citi Electronic Receivables, Citi Consumer Cards and Citi Global Wealth Management. Prior to joining Citigroup, Seth was a technology consultant at Sapient Corporation responsible with designing, developing
and implementing internet applications for financial service clients. Seth received his MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Seth is a grilling enthusiast, superb parallel parker and lives in Hoboken, NJ with his wife and three children.
Amber Dawkins, Senior Vice President, NA Commercial Cards B2B Product Manager, Citi Commercial Cards
Amber Dawkins is Citi’s North America Commercial Cards B2B Product Manager. Amber oversees product strategy for Purchasing Cards and Virtual Card Accounts and partners with Product Sales and Account Management, Global Product, and other functional teams to drive NA portfolio growth.
Amber began her career at Citi as a Global Management Associate within the Global Consumer Bank gaining general management experience across Credit Cards, Retail Bank, and Global functions. Over the past seven years, she led initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, including the launch of enhanced servicing strategies for Citi’s first global affluent credit card as well as strategies to increase credit card customer satisfaction and loyalty. She was also a member of the Global Experience Team, responsible for defining and ensuring alignment of the customer experience vision and strategy for Citi’s Digital organization.
Amber holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from New York University. She has lived in six countries and traveled to more than 30 others. Amber lives in New York City and in her free time she enjoys watching performances at Lincoln Center and visiting museums.
