Back to School—Training Techniques Boot Camp
Fill your “backpack” with valuable tools shared by roundtable panelists and attendees. The purpose of this roundtable is for the sharing of training concepts with P-Card program managers, administrators and coordinators who want to impart in card training sessions.
The roundtable began with a brief description of the different training approaches utilized by the three panelists representing a city, a county and a state.
The panelists conveyed their key training principles and why their particular method of delivery was chosen, after which the session was open for discussion by all panelists.
