NAPCP Higher Education Advisory Team Virtual Roundtable
For the last eighteen years the University of Illinois (U of I) has operated a very successful Purchasing Card Program. In December of 201, at the request of their Board of Trustees, the U of I Card Services Department was tasked with a project to right-size their Purchasing Card Program. Their charge was to eliminate under-used cards called "vanity cards" and to use spend supported matrix's to establish transaction and cycle limits.
