Presenters

Alison Anders, Charles Schwab

Alison has over 15 years of experience across procurement and travel & expense program roles. Throughout her career, Alison has managed multiple Travel Card and P-Card programs, overseeing all aspects of program management from RFPs and program implementations to policy management and audit best practices. She particularly enjoys driving program efficiency and finding creative ways to optimize and enhance the cardholder experience. Alison is a long-time IOCP member and served on the IOCP Travel Card Advisory Team from 2019 to 2021. She has been with Charles Schwab for over seven years and currently leads the Travel Card, P-Card and travel programs. Alison resides in Colorado with her 8-year-old son, where they enjoy attending baseball games and spending time with their two horses and mischievous rescue cats.


 

Toni Waters, CPCP, FIS

Toni began her career with Metavante (now FIS) in 2001 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She held various roles, including billing, accounts receivable, collections and finance. When Metavante was acquired by FIS, Toni began managing the Corporate Credit Card program. Over the last several years, she has had a number of significant accomplishments, including RFPs, implementing new card programs, decommissioning old card programs and assisting with writing/enforcing FIS’ Global Travel Policy. Toni has expanded her global responsibilities for both card and expense, and has trained numerous employees on the expense reporting process. She has been a member of IOCP since 2010 and earned her CPCP credential in June 2014. In February 2016, Toni relocated from Milwaukee to FIS’ headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Today, she manages the Global Corporate Credit Card, Expense Reporting and Travel Reporting/Compliance teams. Her teams oversee administration of approximately 15,000 Corporate Credit Cards in 20+ countries; audits/processes 100,000+ expense reports per year across 40+ countries; and provides travel reporting to executive management. Toni is proud to be a member of the IOCP Global Advisory Team.

Terry Zimmat, CPCP, Tallgrass Energy

Terry is the manager of credit cards and travel for Tallgrass. She and her team oversee the company spend for all Corporate Cards and reimbursements for personal company expenses, as well as facilitate a robust travel program to ensure safety and compliance.

Terry started with Tallgrass as an associate coordinator in credit cards in 2015 and was promoted to manager in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an associates degree in paralegal studies. Terry obtained her CPCP in 2018 and is a current member of the IOCP Corporate Advisory Team.
