- experiences of commercial suppliers (merchants), both online (eCommerce) and offline (e.g., "brick-and-mortar" sales offices and catalogs)
Luan shares his own learning experiences from managing a growing corporate travel issuing program in China.

About the Speaker:
Steven Luan, regional commercial manager, Asia Pacific, UATP, has been working in the aviation industry for more than 17 years. Prior to joining UATP, Luan worked as a business consultant and business development manager, focusing on helping
multi-national corporations enter the Chinese market and partner with Chinese organizations on commercial projects. Since joining UATP, Luan has helped build a robust Merchant network in China and recruited two local Chinese carriers
as new Issuers for the Network.
Luan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Beijing Institute of Business and a MBA granted by University of Queensland in Australia. |
