NAPCP Higher Education Advisory Team Virtual Roundtable

Strategies for Communication

Description

How do you currently communicate with your cardholders, providers, etc., about your P-Card program? Do you find it to be effective? Do your cardholders complain of a lack of communication? How often do you speak with your provider? Do you report benchmarking and/or metric statistics to upper management? This webinar will provide tips and strategies to improve communication within your organization. The facilitators address:

  • internal communication methods
  • tips to incorporate communication if it is lacking within your organization
  • lack of communication issues
  • conversations with your P-Card program provider
  • opportunities to advance your P-Card program by benchmarking and using metrics

This event correlates with Section VII “Managing the Program" of the CPCP exam.
