American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) has announced its intention to acquire CWT, a prominent business travel and meetings solutions provider, for approximately $570 million. This strategic acquisition aims to expand Amex GBT's offerings, providing CWT customers access to Amex GBT's proprietary travel and expense software and services, including Neo and Egencia.
