The NAPCP awarded its 2023 Contributor of the Year Awards to Bill Meekins CPCP, CPPB, CSBO, Purchasing Agent, Procurement Card Supervisor, Frederick County Public Schools; and Tony Grayson, CMA, CTP, APPM, Payment Solutions Consultant, U.S. Bank. The two NAPCP members—a practitioner and a provider—were recognized for their stand-out contributions to the NAPCP and the commercial payments industry at large. Meekins and Grayson received the awards at the 24th Annual NAPCP Commercial Card and Payment Conference in Orlando, Florida, April 10-12, 2023.
