Imagine if your card program had a handy product like Alexa or Siri. A system where you could simply ask a question and receive an answer.

Cox Communications has a similar product that is programmed with answers to Help Desk questions that serves to replace many of their Help Desk calls from cardholders.

This is really interesting as the responses and content could be better controlled by those that live it every day. It would provide another way to get the right information to cardholders.
