Change is inevitable, especially in the trying times we are currently experiencing. Mistie explains how people don't resist change, but instead resist loss. Loss requires grief, which is why the seven stages of change are the same as the seven stages of grief. The methodology in this article was developed by Markel's Department of Change Management.
