Expo Pass Lead Retrieval Information

Expo Pass is available to purchase for $695. Use the lead scanner to track exhibit table traffic, attendees in your session and anyone else you meet in networking events. Benefits of Expo Pass lead retrieval:

Order/Claim Lead Retrieval from Expo Pass

Note: whomever completes the order/claim first is the admin and is 1 of the 5 licenses

From your phone or tablet:

1. Download the Exhibitor Claim Retrieval PDF
2. Follow the instructions in the PDF
   

From your desktop computer:

1. Visit app.expopass.com.
2. Create an account with your email address (the same you used for event registration).
3. Click on the box under 'Are you and Exhibitor?' and enter this 6-digit code: RHC188
4. Select your company and complete your profile.
5. Don't see your company name? Add it by clicking 'Don't see your company name?'. Click on the 'Company Profile' tab and fill in your information.
6. Download ExpoPass from the Apple App Store or  Google Play (or search: Expo Pass).
7. Once you complete your Exhibitor Profile, activate Lead Retrieval. You can activate Lead Retrieval from the web by clicking 'Lead Retrieval' in the left navigation bar, or by tapping 'Get Lead Retrieval' within the Expo Pass app.
8. Create qualifying questions in the settings menu.
9. Add up to four users.

Adding Users

1. Add users in the settings menu. Use an email address that is most/easiest accessible for the user (onsite).
2. After being added, each user will receive an email to download the app and create an Expo Pass account.
