How has your organization’s work-from-home policy changed since the pandemic?
It has been extended to include individuals who were not eligible prior to pandemic.
We had no option to work from home. now we're going to a hybrid work environment
Yes we are now more flexible to larger teams working from home and only critical teams that need office infrastructure to come to office
we did not have one when this all began. A policy is currently being developed but is not complete
Previously, we could work from home once a week or so. Special situations could be accommodated such as a longer-term WFH due to family or personal circumstances. Now we can work where we need to.

We allowed some remote work (as much as 2-3 days per week) prior to the pandemic. With the decision to become fully remote, the Division is developing a new policy right now. We also previously offered flex-time, allowing folks to flex their time an hour or so on each end of the day, which has continued as we moved remote.

There was no policy in place. HR has now introduced a policy and anyone wishing to work from home needs to complete training and complete an application to be approved by manager
We have allowed everyone who could, be able to telework, limited amount of staff are allowed into the office.

We had very little true work from home prior to the pandemic. Now many of our corporate office employees will remain working from home.
They are tight with schedules to ensure everyone is working
Thankfully we now have laptops and other items we need to work from home and there is talk of a hybrid work from home schedule even once everybody returns.
Organization is much more receptive to work-from-home now that they have proven it can work successfully.

Interestingly, our corporation has pulled long time remote workers back into the office and have subsequently cut stipends (which were minimal in the first place) to those who still work remotely
