My entire Division is moving to a fully remote operation, although Payroll will still have some physical space on campus. We will also make a few offices and conference rooms available for anyone or any group that may occasionally need them.
PPE Supplies are available, recommend to refrain from gathering with 4 or more people, keep a 6 feet distance, no more than 4 in elevator and mask is required at all times except in your office or at your desk.

Vaccine exception documentation is required for non-vaccinated personnel. There are changes taking affect that was not expected; new masking for everyone vaccinated or not, hybrid positions, working in office in rotation. The Delta variant has impacted the workplace.
For those employees who are in the office, masks are required. If you have been exposed to Covid, you are required to work from home for a few days until you have a negative Covid test.

We are not all back in the office but we go in when we have to and we have safety protocols. Temp check, questionnaire, sanitizer and proper cleaning. Limited staff in the office for now.

For those who have elected to return to the office, they must complete an employee attestation, document vax record in our HR system and complete an online safety briefing. Masks are optional; social distancing is required. Otherwise, office-based personnel may still continue to work remotely.
Masks in all the common areas, plenty of hand sanitizer stations, and temperature checks upon entry. With the rise of the Delta strain, we are looking at options.

Employee's are returning in stages. However, at this time our return to work date has been pushed back but will be in stages once we do return.
If you have to go into the office space they are asking you to wear a mask whether you have been vaccinated or not.
