What are your biggest concerns related to cybersecurity?
the large volume of fraud that we see.
Not having systems and policies in place to prevent attacks.

Never knowing for certain you have the most up-to-date cybersecurity in an ever daily changing environment.
Our provider has implemented 2 Factor authentication, which offers some assurance in regards to security. At present, there is no "biggest concern", however, overall there is awareness and concern that it is an ever evolving field where the perpetrators are often a step ahead.
Data breach

Fraudsters access several cardholders' information through other companies' databases outside the bank or ours.

Electronic payment fraud. Hacking emails and requesting payment information changes without us realizing it. Credit card fraud as well.
Sensitive card data ending up in the wrong hands which can lead to fraud charges, time and effort to deal with reporting, processing of both fraud charges and credits, and replacement of cards.

I'm concerned that employees are not comfortable using the cards or a hacked card will prevent the user from getting speedy service.

Data breaches cause the most concern. They created a mountain of work for us when they have happened the past.

Stolen identity, fraud on cards, bank account change info being fraudulent, them being able to take over our systems and cause issues with our customers.
Two factor authentication is not available with our card issuer.

Am more concerned with internal rather than external since we have an excellent contract with our provider that allows us reimbursement on external fraud.
