CPI Card Group has acquired Arroweye Solutions for $45.55 million in an all-cash deal to strengthen its on-demand payment card offerings. Arroweye’s digital-first production model enables faster turnaround and eliminates inventory needs. Arroweye is expected to generate mid-$50 million in annual revenue by 2025.
