Organizations are adopting the use of robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) at exciting rates. RPA focuses on automating routine, manual tasks while AI focuses on cognitive tasks that require intelligence. RPA might include tasks such as data transfers to onboarding vendors to bank reconciliation to call center operations and more. AI might include creation of draft policies and the like.
