I would like to learn more about how artificial intelligence is being used in regards to commercial card programs as I have really heard about it.

What is currently available and how it is being used.

Don't really want to learn more.

We do have our ERP system assist with locating possible duplicate expenses and our Internal Audit team uses ACL to review if employees are adhering to specific policies.

I would like to know what additional tools and companies that are out there to assist with reviewing level III for personal purchases, duplicates, etc.

We use a manual process to derive information for our program. Our staff watched the Oversight Insights on Demand webinar. It was amazing to see the information available at your fingertips.

Would like to know how this has been implemented elsewhere.

Even though we are using AI to some extent to help us manage our card program, it's an area where I'd like to learn more, and that our company could probably benefit more from if we better knew how to tap into it.
