We are currently looking at options.
We are testing out a new auditing software. So far not impressed. The software being testing does not capture the nuances of our policy and even on basic things seems to be learning very slowly.
We are currently using AI to monitor employee expenses. The software has allowed us to see things we would have never found on our own.

Biggest advantage of AI is that it bring items that require attention to the forefront. We've used findings to help shape future employee behavior, by re-emphasizing policy and process. It's been enlightening to get the backstory from travelers on why they made the choices they did. Doing so has opened up more dialogue.
Interested in implementing auto-expandable credit limits on ghost cards based month over month spending patterns.
We are using AI as part of our audit tool to analyze employee expenses, including all our Travelcard transactions submitted via our expense reporting system. It helps us monitor for potential fraud, risks or unusual patterns, as well as duplicates (e.g. expenses submitted once as a Travelcard expense, and again as an out-of-pocket).
