When the statement is one month past-due, the cardholder and their supervisor receive an email. If the statement reaches two months past-due, the card is suspended until the missing documentation has been received. ProCard privileges may be revoked if the same cardholder is suspended multiple times for missing statements.
Warning emails after the first couple times and then if it happens a third time, cards start getting temporarily suspended.

There are none at this time. It is noted in the Pcard policy the requirements and responsibilities of the cardholder and department reconciler. A monthly close-out email is sent after the billing cycle ends. In addition, emails are sent out until resolved.
