How has your organization’s work-from-home policy changed since the pandemic?
Most departments did not allow it prior to covid but as we return, we can telework 2 days as long as the office is covered.

The new CEO that started January 2021 wants everyone in the office.
We are allowed to request telework more days, and depending on your job, you may get approved 5 days a week. There may be days when we have to go into the office.
For workers who have positions conducive to working remotely, each person now has to apply for a custom alternative work arrangement if they wish to work from home part or full time. These are reviewed on a case by base basis by their supervisor, department director, and HR. Right now we are on a 3-month agreement to be reviewed soon.

I'm in K-12 administration support which policy did not change, just work location.
The work-from-home was always assumed to be a temporary solution. Policy for teachers did change to ensure students received as much support for online learning as they remained at home throughout the school year. Our district is planning on students returning in-class full-time this August.

Yes, for 15 months my division almost all employees were working 100% from home, since our return, we work two days in the office in a rotating basis.
