Question:

What safety protocols have been introduced with return to the office?
My university has provided Plexiglas for cubibles with short walls, provides masks, sanitizer and gloves. We still have onsite testing and vaccination. We have not closed our doors as we are a research instiution.
More hand sanitizing stations provided throughout district buildings. Masks provided to students, staff, guests if asked.
6ft distancing encouraged.
Hand sanitizer is everywhere. We are expected to stay home if we have any symptoms and notify our employee health center. Nonvaccinated people are requested to wear masks.
Vaccine and mask highly recommended.
If someone is not vaccinated they are to wear a mask.
Strongly encourage getting vaccinated, wear mask if not fully vaccinated
Required masks, handwashing, safe distancing, stay at home if ill regulation.
Sanitizer and masks are provided along with additional cleaning materials. Masks are encouraged but not required in hallways, kitchen, elevators, etc. Most are not wearing them. If you have an office you can request people to wear masks at your choosing when in your office.

Distancing, masks and cleaning protocols
We have been in the office the entire time. We were deemed essential.
none
vaccination workers do not have to wear mask, but unvaccinated workers do. All visitors are required to have their temperature checked before going into our building and are required to stay up front and not be wandering around.
We have to wear masks if we are not vaccinated, still limiting the number of people in the office to about 50%, everyone is working a hybrid model since July.
UV lights in the air system
We still have plexi glass up at the front counter and plan to leave it up. Masks are optional and covid testing will be mandated again, but will depend on vaccine status (non-vaccinated will be required, vaccinated not required).
The vaccine would be mandated, but we are not allowed per state law.
Janitorial staff clean commonly touched areas frequently throughout the day.
Since workspaces are shared, employees are responsible for disinfecting their work area after each work day so the space is ready for the next person who uses the space.
