We were only allowed to work from home between the end of March 2020 and the middle of May 2020. Then nearly everyone returned to the office full time. Some were allowed to rotate between working in office and at home when case numbers began to rise again last winter. Everyone is back in office full time now. There have been no policy changes made.
All work from home was discontinued in June. Some exceptions are being granted.
We were not allowed to work from home prior to the pandemic. Now we will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office 2 days remote.
We now have a work from home policy and can use if we need to per our supervisor's approval.

We have found that we can do our work from home just as well if not better at home. HR now has a remote work guideline and waiver.
Our university is still working under a semi-post-covid structure, people can work from home, but must complete our telework agreement. No returns have been mandated. Our formal policy on the post-covid work environment and telework changes will be decided at our BOR meeting in September.
Most office staff can now be full time teleworkers.
We receive a monthly stiped for use of personal equipment but this will end in September 2021 when we return to the office. We might be allowed to work from home more often but our organization has made it clear we are an organization that must operate with staff onsite and we cannot WFH full time.
As of now, it has not changed, but management is working on a new policy to allow some flexibility to work from home.

They are creating a telecommuting plan for our office.
We will implement a hybrid work schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
Previously it was not an option for me. Now I am able to work remotely 3-4 days/week.
I will not know all the details until the end of August, but it sounds like we will all have a stipend to buy items to ensure our office is set up ergonomically for us with all tools for teams meetings.
They have been more willing to let people work from home, especially after travel or if feeling under the weather

We are still home until September 2021, but are looking to go to a hybrid schedule after that.
We worked from home for 6-7 weeks before returning full time. More laptops were bought, but for the most part we do not allow working from home. If so it is case by case and generally for a day or so.

Work from home is now allowed for those Departments that service the internal customer (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) however the leadership of those Departments must come into the office each day.
