Question:

What safety protocols have been introduced with return to the office?
A hybrid work model - staggered return to the office - updated ventilation system
If one does go into our offices to work, we are following CDC guidelines.
Still requiring masks indoors
Vaccine highly recommended, requesting employees share documentation of vaccine. Requesting those not vaccinated wear masks not requiring. Not allowed to ask. Not decided yet if those not vaccinated will be required to undergo regular testing.
We have been back in the office for over a year. Masks were required, but once the state mandate was lifted so was ours.
Face masks required in the office/if not fully vaccinated. 6 foot social distancing at all times with mask or without.

Not enough in my opinion. Vaccination nor masks are required. I will do all I can to stay remote.
Those who are not vaccinated are mandated to wear a mask indoors unless in an office with a closed door and outside when a 6 foot distance cannot be maintained. Everyone is supposed to wear a mask when riding any of our campus transportation(shuttles)
Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test and must be tested weekly if not vaccinated.

We have only a few staff members in the office each day, mask are required while working indoors, we have screen shield to protect staff and visitors, and we provide hand sanitizer for use by staff and visitors.
At this point we are to stay out of the building until further notice. If needed we are to coordinate a limited visit with facilities before showing up.

Generally aligned with CDC recommendations all along. Have also added touchless features, more sanitizer stations, etc.
Working Cubes have been modified to meet Covid Guidelines of 56 inches tall. Touchless faucets, towels, and doors have been added to restrooms.

Personally I am still wearing a mask when around a group of people.
We are only operating at no more than 50% capacity to help reduce contact between employees.
Individuals will be on rotating schedules when working from the office and they will have lockers to keep personal items. Rotating schedules will keep a limited amount of individuals in the office at one time. As a company we are 70% remote and many only working 2 days in the office.
