Rachel Case, CPCP, Mastercard
Rachel Case, CPCP, has over 17 years of experience in the corporate card space, with the last 10 in Mastercard’s Global Business Service Center (GBSC). From 2013-2022 Rachel managed a team of Card Program Administrators, who supported issuance and maintenance of the company’s existing VCA, T&E, and Purchasing cards across 65+ countries. In 2022, Rachel transitioned to Manager of Operations Assurance, focusing on the risk and controls landscape of both the Purchase to Pay and card administration space. In her free time, she enjoys reading, sunshine, and spending quality time with her significant other and their 4 fur babies. | Molly Gross, AbbVie
Molly Gross is the Global Corporate Card program administrator for AbbVie Inc., with 11 years of Corporate Card experience. Molly attained her CPCP in 2015 and has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. Prior to her current role, Molly worked in Higher Education for Virginia Commonwealth University managing the P-card program. She currently supports AbbVie’s P-card, T&E, Meeting & Declining Balance Card programs. Molly assists with day-to-day activities addressing cardholder inquiries, issuing cards, reconciling past due transactions and compliance reporting. Molly enjoys sharing her experiences in the Corporate Card space with others and has spoken multiple times at the IOCP annual conference in previous years. In her free time, she enjoys fishing with her husband, reading, running, and spoiling with her two rescue dogs.

Nag has over 15 years of experience in finance and over 10 years of card program knowledge. He has been with Juniper Networks for five years managing the global card operations. | Nari Narvani, CCTE, GTP,Snowflake
Nari Narvani is the director of global travel and expense at Snowflake. In this role, Nari leads the development and execution of innovative travel and expense programs, focusing on delivering a best-in-class traveler experience while balancing service, safety and cost efficiency. With over 17 years of experience in the dynamic global travel, expense and payments industry, Nari is a data-driven and strategic leader recognized for driving value and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Snowflake, Nari earned the prestigious SAP Concur Innovation Award, showcasing expertise in implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Nari’s specialties include global travel management, procurement processes, supplier negotiations, risk management and leveraging advanced tools such as AI-based auditing and payment solutions to optimize program performance. | Shantelle Palmentiero, CPCP, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
Shantelle is a Global Sourcing Manager with more than 16 years of experience providing global card program strategies. She specializes in helping organizations find the connection between engaging cardholders to do what is right with the mission of making goals happen.
Throughout her career, she has provided stakeholder engagement and supplier performance management to global companies such as Atlas Air Worldwide and Brunello Cucinelli North America. In 2019, she joined Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company where her leadership was instrumental in a multi-country implementation of large scale, high-volume card programs. Her strengths are in leading and training new virtual global program administrators across Europe and Japan along with negotiating rebate amount improvements of 75%+ worldwide. She was recognized in 2022 as Global Procurement Continuous Improvement JDI winner in the solution-focused ideas JDI award competition for improving the process of managing funding requests for meetings over $1M.
Shantelle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, graduating magna cum laude. In addition, she holds the Certified Procurement Professional Certification. | Jack Reynaert, Options Travel
Team Chairperson Jack is the VP of Corporate Travel Partnerships & Chief Economist at Options Travel, where he works directly with companies which embrace the model he created at Meritor, where he managed the Travel team, which services all global operations in 19 countries. His team has fully integrated the travel bookings, vendor relations, expense tool direct management/technology interfaces, Global Corporate Credit Card, meetings management and corporate jet operations/sub-charters. Jack has been in the travel industry since 1977, managing corporate travel for half his career at three companies, working at: airlines, TMC, Rental Car and GDS, and is an Airbnb Superhost. His supports the P&L/CTD Partnership model, and he is responsible for the strategic direction and overall modeling of companies' worldwide travel program. Jack is a devoted IOCP member, receiving IOCP's Contributor of the Year Award in 2016 and serves on the IOCP Global Advisory Team. | Ashok Shanmugam, Juniper Networks
